Meet LenvyTE - the calmer way to track travel expenses with friends.
Every great trip ends the same way: someone opens a notes app, squints at a stack of UPI screenshots and tries to remember who paid for the cab from the airport. LenvyTE exists to make that moment disappear - a collaborative travel expense tracker built for solo travellers, friend groups, families and small teams who want to enjoy the trip, not the spreadsheet afterwards.
Why we built LenvyTE
Group trips have a different rhythm.
Existing expense apps treat travel like an afterthought - generic categories, no approval flow and reports that look like raw exports. LenvyTE was designed from day one around three ideas:
A trip is a shared space, not a personal ledger.
The person who created the trip should always stay in control of what gets recorded.
The final report should be beautiful enough to share - and accurate to the rupee.
A tour of the features
Everything you need to close out a trip - to the rupee.
Solo or group trips
Goa weekend with three friends or a solo Himalayan trek - one flow handles both. Pick a trip type, set the group size and add named members so every expense knows who it belongs to.
Categorized expenses
Log spends under clear titles - Food, Travel, Stay, Activities and Other - with an optional custom sub-category, the amount in INR and (for group trips) who paid. Quick-amount chips make logging a tap.
Creator approval flow
Collaborators can add expenses, but they stay pending until the trip creator approves them. Reject with a reason if something looks off. Nothing sneaks into the final total.
Fair splits, automatically
LenvyTE computes per-person shares, who paid what, who owes whom and suggests the minimum number of settlements to close the trip. No more group-chat arguments.
Live insights
A glass-styled donut chart breaks every trip down by category, so you can see at a glance whether food or activities ran away with the budget.
One-click PDF reports
Export a complete trip summary - totals, per-person split, every approved expense and the chart - as a clean PDF you can share on WhatsApp or email.
How a typical trip flows
From first booking to final settlement.
- 1
Create the trip, pick Solo or Group, set the group size and add your travellers by name.
- 2
Invite collaborators by email from the trip page so they can log expenses on the road.
- 3
Pending invitations appear on the collaborator's Trips page - one tap to accept or reject.
- 4
Anyone in the trip adds expenses as they happen. Collaborator entries land in the creator's approval queue; the creator's own entries are auto-approved.
- 5
The creator approves, rejects with a reason, or edits. Totals, the donut chart and per-person splits update live.
- 6
Back home, hit Export PDF for a complete trip report and settle up in minutes.
Designed for the way you actually travel
Day Vision for sunlit cafés. Night Vision for sleeper trains.
LenvyTE ships with two themes, a glassmorphic and mobile-first UI, and never asks you to pinch-zoom on a 360px screen. Sign in with email and password or one-tap Google, and your data is protected row-by-row so only your trip's members ever see your numbers.
