Who this applies to

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to every person or organization that uses Lenvy Technologies' websites, applications, APIs, and services ("Services"). It supplements our Terms & Conditions.

  • Send spam or unsolicited bulk communications.
  • Distribute malware, ransomware, phishing pages, or other malicious code.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data.
  • Interfere with, disrupt, or degrade the Services or connected networks.
  • Scrape, harvest, or collect data in violation of applicable terms or law.
  • Publish content that is defamatory, harassing, hateful, or that exploits minors.
  • Infringe intellectual property, publicity, or privacy rights of others.
  • Circumvent usage limits, authentication mechanisms, or security controls.

Responsible use

  • Keep credentials confidential and use strong, unique passwords.
  • Only upload data you have the right to process.
  • Configure your integrations and automations to respect rate limits and terms of connected services.
  • Promptly notify us of any security concern or suspicious activity.

Reporting abuse

To report a violation of this policy — including spam, phishing, malicious content, or security concerns — email help@lenvytechnologies.in with a short description and any relevant links or evidence.

Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and take proportionate action, including warnings, rate limits, content removal, suspension, or termination of access. Serious or repeated violations may be reported to law enforcement.

Changes to this policy

We may update this AUP as our services evolve or in response to new risks. Updates take effect when posted; the "Last updated" date reflects the latest version.
